Covering a range of topics including website trends, analytics, and paid media strategies, these sessions provided valuable insights for marketers. Over the past few years, we’ve been refining who we are and what we stand for as a digital agency. This year marked a significant milestone with the launch of our new website. More than just a redesign, it’s the culmination of a journey to align our online presence with our refined proposition. We’re thrilled with the results and hope it showcases the impact of thoughtful design and strategic execution.
Celebrating 16 Years in Business
Sweet sixteen! This year, WebBox marked its 16th anniversary. From our early days in 2008 to where we are now, this milestone reflects the dedication of our team and the trust of our clients. While we’re still ‘teenagers’, we’re proud of the journey so far and look forward to building on this foundation in the years to come.
Redefining “Relentlessly Responsive Support”
At WebBox, we pride ourselves on our commitment to responsive website support. This year, we’ve pushed the boundaries of what that means by significantly improving our response times. Over the last 12 months, we’ve reduced our first response time by an impressive 244% compared to the previous year. In real terms, this means we responded to client tickets within an average of 47 minutes (using the latest data from 9th – 13th December 2024). It’s all part of ensuring our clients feel supported, valued, and confident in choosing WebBox as their digital partner.
