The WebBox Team got bigger this summer with the arrival of the all-things-digital obsessed, Rhodri, and recent Computer Science graduate Matteo. Rhodri is bringing his 10 years’ of industry experience to grow the WebBox brand, team, client-base and service offering. Matteo, meanwhile, is getting accustomed to all things ‘first-class’. He graduated from Cardiff University with first-class honours and he’s now bringing the same level of excellence to our team and our clients. Fluent in Italian (his native language), English and Code, Matteo’s lightening-fast coding ability have us wondering if he’s part Italian and part pure web wizard.
And the growth doesn’t stop there. We’re also on the hunt for two new members to join our WebBox team. If you’re an experienced PHP web developer, who’s flexible and forward-thinking then we’d love to hear from you. You can find out more about the position here.

It’s not just team members we’ve been welcoming at WebBox. Our Cardiff agency has also taken on some exciting new digital projects for Cancer Research Wales, Science Museum, Fever-Tree and Menter a Busnes (for our English-speaking followers, that’s Welsh for ‘Enterprise and Business’). From reducing the cost of conversions to increasing web traffic and influence, you can take a peek at how we’re adding digital value to these brands here.
With so much going on at the agency this month, we also decided to take our monthly staff social to a whole new level with Adventure Rooms Cardiff’s Black Queen game. Demonstrating teamwork at its finest, we problem-solved the heck out of the game to edge closer to freedom – and those post-game drinks that MD Will always pay for. Spoiler alert: One of the teams escaped – and we celebrated our victory with those well-earned drinks and some top Lebanese food at Shaam Nights.
